Today I am watching the Inauguration of our 44th President, Barak Obama. I believe at this moment, everyone in the world is watching this historic moment take place. No one has though this could ever happen. We never thought our country would take this so well and that this day will ever come. Within 5 minutes from now, that I am writing, our President will be Barak Obama, not a white guy, but African American & White!
I look to our God(s) and ask them to protect him and his family from any harm that may come upon them from those who are prejudice against this, from those who think this is evil and wrong. I hate those people who are not open minded.
Thank you gods of the people for making this day possible. Now at this moment, Biden is our VP of USA. I cannot believe this is happening!
I love how they also did the simple gifts song, “Tis a gift to be simple, tis a gift to be free, tis a gift to come down, where you ought to be….” Amazingly I learned that song when I was 12… I am not 28. HAHA…so… it is now 12Noon Eastern time and he has not been sworn in, is he our president still?
Oh this is a great cause for debate!
Any how… I am jabbering on b/c there is nothing to do but witness this historic event. Many people have waited for this day to come, we would either have a black president or female president, which ever from the democratic party, it is different and changes.
YAY! We have a new president!! YAY!
